Product orders may be shipped the same day, however our policy is to ship within 24 - 48 hours from the time order is received. Orders made on weekends or Canadian holidays cannot be shipped until the following Monday or next available business day. All shipping within North America is done via Canada Post Surface, and International shipping is done via Canada Post Air.
Expect a minimum of 10 business days (not including weekends and holidays) to receive your product(s). East coast customers may experience slightly longer wait periods.(Orders sent to the U.S. or other countries may be held up at customs temporarily). Our sincerest apologizes for any delays that may occur.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct, if we ship an order to an address due to an entry error, we are not liable for the shipping charges.
Most of our products are in-stock. This means that all items are usually shipped within 24 business hours of purchase. Very seldom are we not able to ship a product to you within 72 hours due to a backorder from the manufacturer - unfortunately we have no control over those situations. We will notify you by email (be sure to enter a valid email address) or telephone. You then have the option to cancel the order and be refunded in full, or if you wish, wait for the product to arrive. We offer free shipping on Therapain orders over $75 that are shipped to the United States. We will refund your shipping fees after order is received and prior to shipping the product.
Good Therapy Health Plus reserves the right to request and process additional international shipping charges depending on weight of the product(s) and destination, based on the country to which product is being sent. Shipping charges do vary between USA, Canada, and all other countries, therefore a separate shopping cart for each has been placed. Note: Please ensure you make your shopping cart selection accordingly, and carefully. You may incur charges levied at the time your package reaches the destined country, (you are responsible for these charges). The charges or import duties may be due at the time the product is retrieved by the recipient. The recipient will also be responsible for any additional costs before customs clearance. Check with your local authorities before placing your order to determine what duties - taxes (if any) may be imposed.
Goods and Service Tax will be included on any order shipped to an address in Canada. Total charges, including taxes (where applicable) and shipping will be calculated at Shopping Cart Basket.
